...I have gone through the Malware Removal Guide and have been collecting the programs recommended in the Guide. I want to try to clear up a nuisance 'Generic Host Services' error on my desktop system and first need to determine if it's malware or simply a corrupted Windows XP component (it references 'ntdll.dll'). However, when I go to download the Rooter.exe program, the redirected webpage comes back with a 'Bandwidth or View Limit Exceeded' error and does not open. Have other people had this problem? Or do I simply need to be patient and keep trying?
