Cannot acces anything HELP! [Resolved]

Hi,
everytime i try and run/open anything i get the 'windows cannot access the specified device.......' the only was that im able to get mozilla started was through Ctrl-Alt-Del -> Run.

any ideas on why the [bleep] this has happened all of a sudden?
