Explorer.exe not responding

Please help, still having this problem...Thanks.....


From the start menu, when trying to open up my computer, control panel, and my network, the computer freezes up. Must resart, then it states that explorer.exe. not responding...

Any suggestions?

did you add any new hardware or software just prior to having the problem...or any updates to windows or any other software...
if the answer is no...then a repair is in order...go here for the how to guide...
