Problems removing CS3

A while ago my computer cashed and now when I try to re-install Adobe CS3 I get a message letting me know that its already installed. I went to Add or Remove Programs with no luck and I have also tried Adobe CS3 Cleanup Script with no luck. Any ideas on what I can do?
