Hi,

I'm a newbie here , for the past couple of months my pc has been restarting itself, sometimes several times an hour other times 2 or 3 times a day! I have 'Spysweeper' installed (recommended to me by a tekkie) but it doesn't detect any malware...so I am confused Two days ago I had a warning flagged up just before it closed down.. NT authority/system C:\windows\system32services.exe This is the one and only time I have seen this. I did a google search and much of the info says that this warning is in fact a virus, I am reluctant to start deleting stuff from my PC that I don't understand thus creating more of a problem than I already have.

SO....

I have now done a 'Hijack this' sweep and have saved the result (log) but there is so much information on this website I am overwhelmed and don't know where to post it...can anyone point me in the right direction please?
