Application on desktop will not load

I have one application that will not load. However, it use to function properly until I downloaded SpyBot. At the time I had SpyBot and AVG loaded at the same time. I believe there was a conflict between two progams. I have recently removed SpyBot but like I mentioned earlier, 1 application will not load. I have searched the site and cannot find a solution. I have downloaded HighJackThis just in case its needed.

My computer specs are:

OS Windows pro xp x64 (service pack 2)
HD 150 GB
RAM 1 GB
Anti-virus AVG 8.0
