Microsoft site/update and most of antivirus site not opening.

Sir I am having issues with my internet for last one month .. i am totally unable to open any site associated with www.microsoft.com and not able to open any antivrus sites (i.e norton,bitdefender,kaspersky) either, hence cant update my securities. i have absolutely no clue :) abt the problem and hence asking and craving for help from the experts out thr ... plzz help me sir.... thanx in advance. :)
