Hi,

My computer was recently infected with a Trojan Generic virus. Trend Micro was able to detect the virus but could not delete or quarantine it. I downloaded both Spyware S&D and Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes was able to detect and delete the Trojan virus. However, after Malwarebytes deleted the virus I can no longer connect to the Internet. That is, under Internet connections the connection is active but sending and receiving little data. Also, neither Explorer nor the anti-virus programs can connect to the Internet. I can use the same connection with my laptop, no issue.

I tried reinstalling Explorer, but again, I don’t think this is a browser issue.

Thanks. Any help would be appreciated.
