Can't install Windows March 2009 updates

Step 1
Reregister DLLs and flush SoftwareDistrobution.
  • Please download Dial-A-Fix Here
  • Right Click on Dial-A-Fix and select Extract All.
  • Follow though the wizard to extract the files.
  • Double Click on Dial-A-Fix to open it.
  • Put a Check mark next to Fix windows Update.
  • Click Flush SoftwareDistribution.
  • Click on yes.
  • Click on Go.

Test Windows updates

Ok, I did the Dial-a-Fix thing, and it seems that all the March 2009 updates have been installed, but now, for the April updates, it installs most of them, except again the Cumulative IE7 updates (kb963027), the April malware removal (kb890830), AND I decided to try updating to SP3, but I get an "access denied" error for SP3 :)
