First time PC build. Pretty confident I can build on myself, just that unsure if parts are 100% compatible. I'm just asking if anyone else can approve this set up. I upgraded other PCs successfully just that I don't want to buy the parts if they are not compatible. Thank you if anyone can assist me in my purchase and build.

Will be adding a CPU air cooler and fill in spare 120mm fan space for extra cooling for when I may make my first attempt to OC this build.

That makes it a bit easier for me, and also lets me know that you know where to shop!

Everything is compatible and you have done a great job! I wanted to recommend some things just in case you didn't know or wanted some options and peace of mind.

Recommendations:

The memory isn't the lowest cas latency it could be. These below have a latency of 6. Yours is 7. It doesn't make a huge difference, but I gotta recommend something, give you some good criticism. One of the sets is actually cheaper. Don't know if looks matter.

OCZ Reaper Memory

If you are interested in having the next step up from the Geforce 9 series, take a look at the GTX 260's. The cheapest one is $180.

And, I think you would be much safer with a bit more powerful power supply. You seem to be cutting it close with that powerful of a system. I usually recommend this power supply for that sort of build, plus it will leave you some room should you add another hard drive, or optical drives, etc.

Corsair 850Watt Its $40 more, but I would really suggest saving up the extra $40. I just don't feel comfortable with the 650watt on that build.

Other than those 3 recommendations, you have done a great job and done your homework. Corsair power supplies are the best I think, I like OCZ RAM, the Quad core is, well, its a quad core and Yorkfield Case looks nice and professional, with a touch of blue.

Edit: Oh, and don't forget the Operating System, and the Optical Drive, i.e. DVD/CD Burner. If you will ever want more than 4gb or RAM or want the OS to recognize the full 4gb, you will want a 64bit OS.
