Help Trojan.Metjaun!

I ran my norton 360 and it detected a Trojan.metajuan.. norton would not automaticly remove it, it showed the infected file and reg. keys but none of them where there so i couldnt delete it. My computer really has not been running any different it is not slow.. the only problem is when i go to google.com and type in a search result when the results pop up and i try to click on one to go to a website my internet will open a new tab or window redirecting me too a different search engine.. I would like help on how to remove the trojan =( i downloaded Hijackthis and ran a scan and this is what it looks like. any help would be greatly appreciated..
