Hi,

My PC has been infected by something which causes:

Frequent crashes of internet browsers (firefox and IE)
Unable to run malwarebytes
IE randomly pops out displaying random ad websites and sometimes it is on stealth and I can only see it running in Task Manager.
Slow internet
Auto redirecting me to websites that are attempting to sell stuff/services after clicking on google search results, sometimes redirecting several times.

I can't access my C-drive by double clicking, it shows this error:
windows cannot find 'RECYCLER\s-8-3-89-100006222-100005019-1000011081-4864.com'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button, and the click search

I can only access it by right-clicking and selecting explore.

And there is this log file in my C-drive that I'm not sure what it's done and whether its even supposed to be there in the first place:

I've searched the forums for some solutions and most directed victims to download combofix. I followed the link and downloaded the .exe file but the .exe file failed to install the program. A loading bar will appear and once it finishes loading nothing happens. So now I'm at a lost as to what to do.
