I think I have a Win32.Delf.rtk infection. Here are the symptoms...When I run msconfig I keep seeing strange .dll files in my startup. After running Malwarebytes and removing them, they come back. Then I right clicked my rundll32.exe file and scanned it with Spybot Search and Destroy. I got a "heuristic" result as Win32.Delf.rtk. So, I looked at some old posts here and tried to run some things like combofix and ATF Cleaner, etc. I do have logs saved from combofix and malwarebytes if you need them. So, let me know what I need to do next and I'll be happy to comply. I'm not a computer novice and do understand a bit more than your typical computer user.
