Cannot open Microsoft or Antivirus websites

Hi there,

I recently reinstalled windows and when I wanted to install a antivirus software I realised that I cannot open any of antivirus websites or microsoft
I am aware it's an trojan, I looked into the hosts file and it's ok, I tried spybot, hijackthis, nothing. Any expert could help please?
Tell me what logs to upload.
