i am helping a friend with a laptop (dell inspiron 1100) he got infected doing what else but watching porn online.
i ran the smitfraudfix program but only from windows as i cannot run safe mode.
i have included a copy of my OTLI one log (rooter's website was down so no log for that).
Was hoping you could help me get into safe mode to finish running the smitfraud fix program.
