All i Know it a 300 power supply. All I play alot is WOW and once in a while i will pull up the old school games some Ages of Empire etc.

Please tell me what the wattage of your power supply is. Also, as the others said, list your favorite games or the games you play the most. Mention some others to as it would help me know what to suggest.

Does your motherboard have a PCI Express X16 2.0 slot or just a PCI Express x16. If you don't know, don;t worry, I can find out.

Give me this information and i will give you your best options.

I think you would be very happy with this card by EVGA. It is a PCI Express X16 2.0, but it is backwards compatible with your motherboards X16 slot.

Nvidia 9800 GTX

It requires a power supply of 450watts, so you would have to upgrade your power supply also. Your power supply looks to be an ATX Form Factor.

SeaSonic PSU

You didn't seem heavily concerned with cost so I went a bit over 200.

Also, so you know. This is the best processor your motherboard can support. You currently have a 2.1ghz triple core 8400

AMD+2 Phenom Quad Core 9600 2.3ghz

I was looking at maybe updating my processor. Might try that and update the power supply this power supply was a quick fix due to my other one going out ona sat night in the middle of a run. It was laying around at a friends house. So maybe update power supply and processor and go from there. Thanks so much for the info I will make sure to check in every once in a while.

That sounds like a good plan. Many games require a decent-to-good graphics card too. So keep that in mind. It is not just your processor when it comes to games.

Power Supplies that are reliable are SeaSonic, Corsair, Antec, and CoolerMaster.

Also adding more RAM(memory) can help.
