Please help me I may have deleted some servises I shouldnt have using a program called "ultimate troubleshooter" now everything is messed up and I cannot put things back to the way they were. I would appreciate any help to restore my computer back to working condition. Thanks a Ton.

Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Reboot into safe mode and delete:
