sorry for the late reply If you still need assistance follow the reccomendations below


Please download Spybot Search & Destroy and AdAware.

Follow all the instructions on this website to run a scan with both of these softwares

Let these fix anything they find

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

now we need to
Show Hidden Files and Folders (if needed)
Click Start.
Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

Please uninstall the following(if present) Click Start>>>control panel>>>add/remove
sidestep

Using windows explorer( right click start, left click explore)
Search for and delete these files and folders
C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\SbCIe02a.dll

Rehide your folders and files
Reboot and post a fresh log in the same topic
