Well on my laptop firefox has been s tarting to lock up very often. Im getting Not responding at the top and then I can either wait 5 minutes for it to recover or I can CTRL-ALT-DEL and end the process. I was wondering if you guys could help me out and tell me what I could do to prevent this from happening. Thanks

Close Firefox. Go Start>All Programs>Mozilla Firefox, click on Mozilla Firefox (safe mode). Same thing?

I googled because I have been having the same problem. I came across your post. It is fine in safe mode, but freezes up EVERY time in regular mode. I prefer Chrome, but my online homework doesnt work on Chrome. This is all after running a recent Vista service pack. I really need to upgrade to Win7 lol

Thanks,
Misti
