I cannot access the internet with internet explorer.
I keep receiving the above message.
I down loaded Internet Explorer 8 but the message still appears.
Where do I start?

AVGTOO~1.Dll is associated with the AVG Toolbar.
Try removing the AVG Toolbar from Internet Explorer/disable it in the Manage AddOns applet.

If it still doesn't work, download a new copy of AVG
Then uninstall the current copy, and immediately reinstall the new copy.

FWIW - I prefer Avast Free or Avira Free to AVG Free.
