I cannot access my email account from my computer, I get a blank page and a the message of done at the bottom of the page every time I tried to go to it. Also, I noticed that my computer would not allowed me to go any security page. For example: If I tried to pay something online, then I would get the same blank page.

and the message is?
Within IE, choose TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS and go to the SECURITY and PRIVACY tabs...hit the default button, close IE and reopen
