Hi there!!! There is anyway of determinate how much CPU % and memmory amount a java process consums?? I mean from the java code, is there any API that tell me this?

something like that, I'm looking for some API that allow me to see my CPU and memory % of usage. I want that my system be able to monitoring this parameters.
