i'm pretty sure it coincided with your burning a music cd through itunes...
that file gets created after burning.. a way to track who is burning what...
If you open the file, you'll find the number of tracks burned etc etc..
you can delete it..

Hello loyo999...

This file is created when you burn something to a cd. Why it's showing in the Start Menu, I don't know...it usually appears on the desktop.

It can be deleted as it only contains information about what was burned. It will likely reappear the next time you burn something to cd.
