I can't seem to load internet explorer. When I right click on it, it has the open page option and below that it says no add ons. When I try to open the page, it loads part of the screen then disappears. I tried to download virus protection programs and they won't download. I've tried to download updates from windows and it won't download. I think I have some kind of trojan virus. Nothing will download.
