code 10 wont reinstall graphics card,after i uninstalled it

Advice from Moderator staff is to try this:

Click Start then Run
Type in Regedit and press Enter
Locate the following Key/Data name:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARE\MicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersion\policies\NoDriveTypeAutoRun

Right Click on oDriveTypeAutoRun in the Name Column on the Right side and chose Delete

Close Regedit and restart your system

Autorun should now be enabled

Right Click on oDriveTypeAutoRun in the Name Column on the Right side and chose Delete

There is no DriveTypeAutoRun on the right side

Go Here and try the methods Microsoft suggest to fix the Autorun feature for your drive.
Please let me know if any of these work. We have tried several of them so just skip those.

VERY SORRY I never finished this,I did not notice untill now!The microsoft method did fix the autorun problems....
