Using a laptop, I am not able to access the internet by wireless, even though the Wireless connection shows strong. The page shows "connot find server" and I receive a message to go (offline) which will bring up the web page but cannot access beyond that.

While connected by modem cable, computer works fine.

Laptop = Compaq 2580US Windows XP, IE 6

Do you have security on the wireless connection? If so, do you have the proper authentication key entered on your laptop?

You can also try removing the security from the router's wireless adapter, then try creating a new connection with the laptop that doesn't have security.

Are you sure that the acess point the computer is connecting to is configured and working properly?
