Smitfraud/vundo variant

Ok, I belive I have stumbled across a new form of the rather annoying Vundo/Smitfraud adware family. Something called "privacy center" that employs a new tactic, preventing explorer.exe from running.

I ran a full scan with Avast home in safe mode, and it removed a bit, but didn't make a dent on the startup. I know Malwarebytes and combofix would probably wipe it out, but I'd be left with nothing to send in.
