Hello, I have been having this problem with my browsers for a while now and it is really getting annoying since i am a web designer.

Anyway, every time i try and view a html or php document (from my computer) in chrome, firefox, or ie, it opens it as a download instead of showing the web page. I assume it has an easy fix and i just made some stupid mistake somewhere. Has anyone ever experienced this or know how to fix it?
