If anyone can help me recover my laptop I'll be eternally grateful!

I was trying to help my friend sort his laptop out which wasnt getting online and I was running out of ideas. I was data from his pc to mine so i could email text files to this site and I also received a nasy virus which has hit my laptop hard.

Now my laptop wont allow me to configure my settings, it closes down any spyware or antivirus software and wont allow me to open any cleaning software at all. I cant run commands as it closes seconds after opening. Also, when I get online it wont show any html images. It wont even allow me to open in safe mode as it comes up with a blue screen and i have to power off.

Can anyone help me?? Thanks in advance
