My friend helped me find these parts and he will be the one building the computer. I plan on using this computer for music producing. If you know anything about that can you let me know if these parts will do the job and are able to with stand a lot of program usage?
Also, are these parts compatible? can this computer be built and working with those parts?

Hi colucci,

Everything looks compatible except the memory. You have DDR2 800 listed and the board requires 1066. Take a look at the specifications. The memory I would recommend staying in the same price range is G. Skill 1066 Looks the same, just a compatible speed. i.e. 1066

Other than that you are good to go. Nice quad core computer.

Edit: You won't be using that video card to game or anything right?

NO. That is also DDR2 800. You need 1066 (PC 8500) which is a faster speed. It shows this at the top of the links you give me in the name. On Newegg.com you can go to the left panel and select DDR2 1066 (PC 8500). Any of those will do. Since you are wanting dual channel kits, in the left panel select 4GB (2 X 2GB).

The memory I recommended will do just fine, or just choose from any of the kits from the DDR2 1066 section. You want it to have a low cas latency which the lowest is 5 for that particular memory. If you will be gaming, you may want ones with heatspreaders, like this one...Corsair Dominator or this one OCZ Reaper RAM gets very hot when you use it for Gaming, so heatspreaders will help with case cooling and preserve the life of the RAM. Less heat with usually mean better performance too.

EDIT AGAIN!!! Sorry, forgot you wouldn't be gaming. The one I recommended will do just fine.

That memory will work, but it has a cas latency of 7. The lowest ones in the group are 5. This doesn't make a huge difference though. (I'm just providing you with a good critique) If you like Kingston, go for it. Kingston is a very reliable brand.

Yes that case will fit the PSU at the bottom just like it is designed to do. Also, the case's motherboard requirements are for ATX motherboard which is the kind you have selected. You are good to go!

I'm really unable to tell without a picture of the heat sink and fan. So you know, the processor you selected will come with its own heat sink and fan.

Yes, that is a pretty nice processor. It has 4 cores (Quad Core) which means it's like 4 processors in one. I think it will do just fine for what you need it to do.

It looks like it will fit. The specifications say it is designed for your kind of CPU also. Sometimes with these things, the only way to find out is try to put it on. Pictures and just measuring the dimensions in your head don't quite do it all the time. For example, someone I am currently helping bought a heatsink and fan that does not fit his mobo, even though a couple of us thought it would. The problem is capacitors are in the way for the support bracket. The only way you could possible of known that is to actually try to put the heatsink on. See?
