Internet explorer keeps opening up without my permission. Nothing shows on my desktop about internet explorer but when I check the task manager, it says there are (usually) 2 or 3 windows running. Every time that happens there are sound ads. what I mean about sound ads is that it is the same thing as a pop-up with sound but no picture.

A window also pops up saying it is from internet explorer. It reads
"are you sure you would like to close this window?
Wait! Now this is where I write my message."

Also, everytime I go online, my Norton Anti-virus says my browser is not protected, click here to fix.
