Windows no disk exception processing message

I keep getting an exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c. I have to push cancel to get rid of it. This problem coincides with iTunes of Computer Management no being able to read that I even have an ipod although the usb ports seem to work adequately enough. Preliminary research indicates that this may be spyware/malware or have something to do with windows sp3. Still nothing works. Please help if you can.
