I'm having some problems with the PC of my father in law. It is a XP machine.
The sympthoms are:
1. one of the svchost processes is eating CPU usage.
2. Copy and paste functionality does not work
3. When minimizing programs they do not appear in the taskbar.
I already read some similar thread ( http://www.geekstogo...ues-t15596.html ) but the program supposing to solve the issue returns with a animation error.

Anyone have a clue what is causing th cpu load and other problems ?
By the way the computer is offline since it does not have a broadband internet connection.
