Thanks for getting back to me!!! I will work on the firefox upgrade and let ya know. The movenetwork errors are recent, I have been saving screens as they occur, but cannot upload anymore info as I believe that I have flooded it, sorry!!!

I will try a third time, do you suppose that I should consider something different in terms of version than your suggestion... Based on the info that earlier screen shots showed, do you think we should delete all of them to continue showing what types of details are being sent to me that I can send to you???

YES TRY SEVERAL DIFFERENT VERSIONS

Based on the info that earlier screen shots showed, do you think we should delete all of them
YES DELETE ALL THE OLD ONES

Again thank you for your help!!! I will start sending screen shots again and once this mesage is on, will get back to trying to download another version of firefox.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.
