It all started this morning when I logged onto my desktop computer and this little box came up that said something about microsoft cabinet maker encountered a problem and needs to close. none of my desktop icons were there and I couldnt do anything. I brought up the task manager and started internet explorer from there and when I did, a bunch of ad sites popped up. I shut everything down. When I brought the computer back up I noticed a red screen during load up then i gave me the logon screen( which I never had logon on before) When I tried to logon, the red screen flashed and then it logged me right back off. This is occuring in safe mode as well. When I try to hit f10 on startup to get into system recovery, it just ignores and keeps loading windows. What is happening???
