I have an irritating problem. My windows installer keeps popping up when I'm in IE, prompting asking me to insert my "HP Photoimaging 2.0 All In One" driver disk into CD Rom drive. I can't locate this disk to just pop it in and let it install, so how do I stop this? This just started yesterday.

I have cleaned up some malware/adware/spyware on the computer recently with help from this site, so I thought who better to help me with this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You have two choices
Uninstall the printer or reinstall the drivers.
Also check startup and see if the printer software is loading on startup
To do that go to
Start>Run> Type In "msconfig" without the quotation marks
Click Enter
Go to Startup
Uncheck any entry with printer

This is only temporarily and the best way is to find the disk and let it reinstall. This issue is most likely caused by the malware you had and a driver has become corrupt.

OK, I did find the disk and reinstalled the drivers. All looks OK now. You can go ahead and mark this one as solved.

I appreciate all the great help I've received so far on this site. You guys are terrific in your response time and knowledge of the problems those of us "computer challenged" people have. Thanks again
