The problem is simple and annoying. Everytime I open a folder, its tab(?) appears in the taskbar. But when I close the folder, the tab doesn't go away. I need to close explorer.exe and execute it again for it to be gone. I don't know what to do. ._.

Open a folder and then go to "Tools"
Click on "Folder Options"
Under the "View" tab, toggle the option "Launch folder windows in a separate process"

Also provide the info rshaffer needs to look further into this problem.
