hi my name is mike im new

i play wow have been playin for a while be all of a sudden im starting to drop fps to 7 instead of my usual 15-20 which i no is still bad i was told it might be my video card
this is my set up

name:ati radeon xpress 1100
chip type:ati radeon xpress series (0x5975)
dac type:internal dac (400mhz)
approx. total memory: 1018 mb
current display mode:1280x800(32bit)(59hz)
monitor:generic pnp monitor
