This is the working computer, the other computer doesn't load up the notepad, this one is connected to wireless , but works wired as well. the computer not working is wired, i tried wireless with it too, but no success.
All instructions that I give you need to be preformed on the non working system unless otherwise specified.
When you try to start notepad what happens on the non working system?

We need to check to make sure all your drivers are installed.
- Please click on start.
- Click on run
- Type in devmgmt.msc and press enter.
- In there do you see anything with a ? a ! or a X if so let me know
- If you see other devices let me know what it says under it.
