Don't worry, for starters and for everyone to dig deeper into getting a good solution for you, you have to help us.

Write down the exact error message that you get on the blue screen. By giving us that error message, you solve 20% of your sadness.

Nobody knows all the solutions, you are in the right place and don't let your friends do things with your computer even if they say....they can fix it.

Take it to an expert and get it fixed. 75% of the people here are computer junkies....They have done everything and seen almost everything so its a possibilty that you will get your answere.

Hello hermeeez & Welcome to GTG !

Lets start by retrieving the correct minidump information ( This will point us in the correct direction, at a bare minimum )

Go to C:/windows/minidump ,Zip and attach logs in next reply

Next ...

To help us help you , press & hold down windows key ( window logo printed onto it ) and press pause break key

A window should pop labeled " System properties "

If you cannot locate them keys simply follow this path

Start > Right click " my computer " select properties from the drop down menu

Please supply all System Spec's and Computer spec as registration details is not required in order to help assist you...

Best of luck
&
Happy computing

Anthony19

So in next reply , attach minidump Log's and computer details , Thank you...
