When I try opening volume control it says "There are no active mixer devices available. To install mixer devices, go to control panel, click printers and other hardware, and click add hardware" And I do this and it says it cannot open this hardware "C-Media AC97 Audio Device" due to "code 10" I uninstalled and reinstalled it and its the same thing. Sound doesnt work with ANY SPEAKERS OR HEADPHONES.

You need to roll back your sound driver.
> Go device manager
> Right click the sound driver
> Go to it's properties
> select the option roll back driver

If it not work, then reinstall your sound driver.
