SkyNet and Backdoor worms

I worked all night trying to eliminate these SkyNet, Vuno and Backdoor trojans and worms on my PC at home. However, I had no luck. I have Exterminater, Avast and LavaSoft on my PC but none of them would get rid of the infection. Even when I ran the applications and completed a scan the application would freeze and I had to just turn off my PC. I could not even look on the internet to find help for my PC was running so very slow and that is why I am using my desktop to try to find a solution for this problem. I am just a basic user of the PC for I am not a real computer savy person. I would appreciate some instructions as quickly as possible!
