Cannot remove Packed.Generic.200 and Trojan.Metajuan

Please advise, I have a client whose PC is infected with the Packed.Generic.200 and Trojan.Metajuan viruses. norton 360 detects it but is unable to remove it. I've run Adaware and it removed 17 other issues but did not resolve these items. Also, my attempts to run HiJackThis have been unfruitful. we've also run TrendMicro's HouseCall but it did resolve the issue. I'm certain this can be removed in the registry but I'm not sure where or how.

Can anyone shed any light on this issue?
