I am trying to help my sister remove the "Personal Antivirus" malware from her computer. She has a Windows XP. I tried to go online on her computer to get help but the pages come up blocked. I can not gain internet access on her computer. I read the Malware removal guide but everything requires me to go online, which I can not do. Is there any other way that I can remove this from her computer? Please help...
