Alrighty then lets see what we can do about this.

First lets try some checks and see what pops up

Lets see what you have in your startup
Please click on
Start>>Run>>Type in msconfig>>>press enter
Now click on Startups
Then uncheck everything and restart.
If system boots correctly and is running smoothly and faster then we have a startup problem
Try going back into msconfig and check one item and reboot
Keep doing that till you have found the problem or all are finally checked.

Lets see what you have in your startup services area
Please click on
Start>>Run>>Type in msconfig>>>press enter
Now click on Services
Click on Hide All Microsoft Services
Then uncheck everything and restart.
If system boots correctly and is running smoothly and faster then we have a service problem
Try going back into msconfig and check one item and reboot
Keep doing that till you have found the problem or all are finally checked.
Post back with the results

Not a problem. Try downloading Firefox in my link below. It is faster and more secure then IE. You can import all your IE favorites into Firefox's bookmarks.
This should make it easy to tell if its a IE problem or a system problme. If you can shut it down and reopen FF then its a IE problem.

Also can you supply some info. When did this problem start?
Was there any update done to IE just prior to the issue starting
Any new software adding or updated prior to the issue starting
Any new hardware added recently
Was there any Microsoft update added?

You said "I have to open task manager and end ,then it usually opens but sometimes it takes 2or 3 times "
do you mean that you have to close only the one starting IE that failed to start or are there are entries of it starting?

No you can have both installed and even running at the same time.
This is to tell us if IE is the problem or Windows is the problem. If you like it then most definately keep it. I use it now as my default browser and hardly use IE anymore.
