Good to hear that.. Lets do some cleanup...

Please download OTCleanIt and save it to Desktop.
  • Make sure you have internet connection..
  • Double-click OTCleanIt.exe
  • Click the CleanUp! button.
  • Select Yes when the "Begin cleanup Process?" prompt appears.
  • If you are prompted to Reboot during the cleanup, select Yes

Download DDS by sUBs and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    • DDS.txt
    • Attach.txt
  • Save both reports to your Desktop and post them in your next reply

i figured out my issues. i installed comodo and it blocked auto updates but i got it fixed up. thanks again for all the help. comp is fine with minor errors but its much better then it previously was. the only issue left is why my internet crashes when i load a video online (like off youtube) but that's all. probably something related to my drivers. anyway, thanks!

Ok, you have two antivirus, Sophos and Comodo.. That's not good at all.. Just use only one antivirus per computer.. Uninstall either one of them..

Also, uninstall Viewpoint if you don't use it.. So,how's the computer now?.. Anymore issues? Can we wrap this one up? :)
