the kaspersky setup won't install the anti virus

the message i get is 'please restart the pc before installing the program'.....????

and i have restarted the pc several times....but the message i get is the same!
can any one help me

Have you tried this?

No matter how many times you restart your computer, when you try to install Kaspersky it keeps giving you this error. Luckily there's a quick fix and that is to remove a registry key entry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run > Delete the 'avp6_post_uninstall' folder then run the install again.
