Is there a limit to the number of installs/uninstalls in Win XP Home?

In other words, how many installs/uninstalls can I do before there is a degradation in system performance? Will the registry become 'bogged down' - even using ERUNT/CCleaner?

Many as you want.
All Windows based systems become "bogged down" eventually - it's only a matter of time and you don't even to install anything sometimes.
