I still have WINDOWS folder on old hard drive, which is now a backup for storage. The OS is running off my new drive, which is now the C drive. so, can I delete the WINDOWS folder on old hard drive? Is there anything else I can delete on the old hard drive?

If there is nothing on the second drive you need then you can format it and have a clean drive.

That would be the easiest thing to do. If the drive is going to be used for nothing more then backup then there is no need to have a OS system on it taking up valuable space. Transfer what you need, format the drive, then transfer everything back. If you need assistance just message and I will try to help you :)
