Dear Member 2k

I'm having the same problem as the topic starter. It seems to me you know what to do, so hereby I ask you if you could help me the same way. I added the minidumps, the Everest Report (Trial version) and the Dxdiag although I don't understand why you will be needing the last one.

The problem started after we have moved to another city, so there might be a hardware problem as well (due to shocks or something like that).

It would be great if you could help.

Yours,
Pim
